The purpose of article is the analysis of the state structures which are carrying out confessional policy in the Astrakhan region. In the first part of article the actors coordinating relationship of the state and religious associations in the territory of the Russian Federation are in detail considered. As in many subjects of the Russian Federation there is a universal interaction to the religious associations, practically all regions in this or that form duplicate state and confessional policy of the center and create institutes to which it is possible to assign functions of such interaction. In particular, in the Astrakhan region, as base coordinating body, ethnoconfessional council at the Governor of the region and public chamber of the Astrakhan region, transformed in 2005 from the interfaith advisory board at the Head of administration of area acts. Besides etnokofessionalny council, in the second part of article, other actors of confessional policy of the polycultural Astrakhan region are in detail considered also.
