The article deals with the opportunities of volunteer activity in forming of multiculture of the future specialists of Social work. In this case volunteers activities must be directed at the satisfaction of the requirements of the various categories of clients in social services and organizations of non title nationality in the region (emigrants, refugees, ethnic minoritiesetc) and be used as a through means in forming of multicultural competence of students of the specialty social work from I to V course during their study at the university.
