In the article the formation of professionals’ career orientations in the social sphere is researched from the point of synergetic approach. The development of career orientations is defined as the formation of an individual strategy on the way to achieving heights in the professional space. Professional career orientations are considered as readiness of the professional to the career progress, the need (motivation) to continuous professional training, self-development aimed to saving of professional need and professional self-realization. Self-organization of the formation of career orientations in the aspect of professional education is considered by the authors as one of the key concepts of synergetics. The article highlights objective and subjective conditions for incorporation of synergetic approach in the formation of career orientations for future professionals in the social sphere. Continuous education is the essential condition for the formation of career orientations for the future professional in the social sphere and for his further career formation within the framework of the synergetic approach.
