THE MODERN PROBLEMS OF THE LEGISLATION IN THE SPHERE OF NOISE POLLUTION

The purpose of the real work is studying and the comparative description of sources from history of emergence and development of statutiry activity in the field of protection of the population against an ear pollution. Information on the initial stages in the history of mankind on noise control is provided. Possible solutions of this problem are considered now. For comparison of information containing in sources the following criteria are chosen: В· existence of data on some stages of development of the legislation in area are sewn up people from the increased noise level since ancient times to the present, this criterion is necessary for clarification of completeness of the offered information; В· existence of data on the acts which are available now regulating an ear pollution. By reasonings and results of researches the complex of actions and measures aimed at providing and development of ecological safety in the field of noise load of the urbanized territory is offered. This criterion shows, information provided in article is how actual and also is indicated the need in development in the nearest future of domestic techniques on noise control and uses of foreign experience.
