In this article are given classification results of the lexicon of the robisonade by the German writer G. Goffman “Ann′s coral island”, that is applied by its type to trivial literature with the purpose to reveal, how language means, characteristic for this literary genre, are realized in the analyzed work. In the course of the research, its subject is the study of the lexical units, most often used in the novel, we are undertaking the attempt to make classification of the nouns and the verbs by thematic groups, typical for the trivial text. We used such methods of research as: the method of continuous sampling, the method of quantitative analysis, the descriptive – classification method assuming observation, generalization and interpretation of results. The results obtained in the course of the research may be used in the process of teaching practice of the German language, lexicology, study of literature.
