Linguistics of speech communication in Russian and Chinese speech etiquette

In order to determine the linguopragmatics of speech communication within the framework of interethnic (Russian-Chinese) speech communication, which consists in the use by communicants of language tools and methods of implementing speech etiquette necessary to achieve successful communication, the authors have studied and considered the commonly used greeting and farewell formulas in Russian and Chinese speech etiquette to identify linguopragmatics of intercultural communication; the linguocultural aspect of the study of greetings in Russian and Chinese is described, which is the novelty of this study. In addition, the relevance of the study is related to the need to study the problem of achieving successful communication in intercultural communication, one of the tasks of which was to identify common and specific features of speech etiquette in compared linguistic cultures, namely, a comparison of etiquette formulas in Russian and Chinese. Speech etiquette is one of the most important regulators of the speech behavior of people of different nationalities in different countries. The linguopragmatics of successful verbal communication determines the consideration of accepted communication rules based on gender, age, professional, national and social differences, which differ in Russian and Chinese linguistic cultures. Ignorance of these rules can lead to conflict situations in communication and even cognitive dissonance. In order to achieve successful communication between Russians and Chinese, it is necessary to identify similarities and differences in the features of speech etiquette of compared linguistic cultures. As a result, it is proved that the linguopragmatics of speech communication, aimed at successful communication in dialogue, determines the choice of certain language means by communicants, taking into account the gender, social status, age and professional characteristics of the producer of the speech act, the performance of linguocultural conditions of communication in Russian and Chinese speech etiquette.
