The research work deals with the analysis of Afro-Peruvian dialect phonetic structure peculiarities. It is established that during the implementation of contact interaction, Spanish, functioning on the territory of Peru, was forced to adapt to the norms of local language and culture and this fact contributed to the emergence of transformational processes typical for the language variant structure. In conclusion, the most and least productive phonetic transformation processes typical for the system of vowels and consonants in the Afro-Peruvian Spanish language dialect were systematized due to the key influence of extra linguistic factors.

Key words: Peruvian Spanish, Afro-Peruvian dialect, extra linguistic factors, linguage and cultural adaptation, phonetic transformation, vowel transformations, consonants transformations
