The borrowing words process is a natural phenomenon in the system of Russian language, which varying intensity occur throughout the language development. The foreign lexical block of an official vocabulary passes multi-stage process of development in language recipient. As a result of certain transformations of loan get morphological features peculiar to parts of speech. The foreign word is considered taken roots when it joins in system of productive word formation of language recipient. For lexical structure of the texts relating to official style the following features are characteristic: significant amount of professional terms; existence of a sema of the instruction and obligation in verbs; exact restriction of semantic volume of words; minimum use of a synonimy; use of compound words, verbal nouns, participles, difficult denominative pretexts, etc. For the foreign words used in official texts is characteristic considerable functional loading. Generally their use is caused by the following purposes: filling of lacunas and providing compression of the statement; giving to the text of emotional coloring; emphasis of additional associations in language consciousness of the sender of the speech at the use of any word in a certain value; marking of belonging of communicants to a certain social and professional group.
