The forming civil qualities of the primary school pupils grows in one of actual problem of the education in the modern situation. It has relation to a rising generation. The rising generation will exert influence soon on the social processes: the democratic and economic development in Russian, the spiritual atmosphere, a social and psychological climate in the country. It observes the model of forming civil qualities of primary school pupils by means of the museum pedagogy in the article. There is the more pedagogy potential in the study and educational activities of museums: they can exert influence well on forming of civil qualities, the education of the individual who can develop.
