The article discusses the results of the diagnostics of the formation of professionally-subjective position of future lawyers. The author notes that the subjective position of the student, developed in the educational process of the University, is key to a successful educational and professional activities, ensuring the integrity of the process of professional and personal development. In the Saratov state Academy of law (SGUA) was established career center and professional identity. In the process of diagnosing the author has used the technique of "career-oriented control", which was valued personal qualities, interests and abilities, and on the basis of the obtained results based on the personal individual preferences, motives, choice of activities, the profile of intellectual ability, learning capacity.
