INFORMATION ABOUT TYPICAL TRACES OF THE CRIME AS ELEMENT OF ITS CRIMINALISTICS CHARACTERISTICS

This article discusses the information about the typical traces of the crime and probable locations of their discovery. These data have an important place in the structure of criminalistics characteristics of the crimes, as they allow to determine the direction of the search activity of the investigator to identify the person who committed the crime, used means. The existing classification of traces on the material traces and testimonial evidence to complement indication of the electronic traces of the crime.
