THE CRIMINAL LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LIABILITY FOR ROBBERY AND ARMED ROBBERY IN THE SOVIET PERIOD

This article presents the basic regulations, creating criminal liability for brigandage and robbery in the Soviet period. The paper presents not only the laws but also a series of decrees that have had a significant impact on the Criminal Code of the RF of 1960. The author has paid special attention to the Criminal Code of the RSFSR of 1960. Also, special attention was drawn to the differentiation special aspects and foundation of violent brigandage and robbery. It’s paid special attention to the Soviet period, as it is a fairly long historical period and sweeping heavy and crisis political and economic processes in our country. All this led to the need to protect property, especially socialist property that influenced the regulation aspects of responsibility for brigandage and robberies.
