In article it is considered specificity of the pedagogical conflict, peculiarity, types and varieties of reasons of its beginning. A special attention is paid to the conflicts with juveniles in system“teacher-pupil”. Possible consequences of a constructive and destructive way of a resolution ofpedagogical conflicts are considered.
