In the modern world, despite the transformation of social processes and innovations in the social choices of individuals and groups, the traditional functions of language - communicative, thought-forming, cognitive (epistemological), emotionally expressive, appellative, accumulative - have not lost their significance and at the same time have acquired new forms, received new techniques and technologies of expression.
