Some features of the simple language (on the example of German sites)

The article analyzes the concepts of "simple" and "plain" language, points out the similarities and differences between them. Cases of using these concepts in the Russian space are given, the criteria of a clear language in the German-speaking space are highlighted. The functions of a simple language are described, the advantages and disadvantages of its use are determined.
