IDEOLOGICALLY MARKED SPEECH CLICHES IN NEW AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF RUSSIA (PRAGMALINGUISTIC ASPECT)

The ideologically marked speech clichés in new Amendments to the Constitution of Russia are analyzed. In the pragmalinguistic research of new Amendments taken as ideologically focused texts it was discovered that speech influence by means of ideologically marked speech clichés could be considered as the representation form of the national mythologeme. The author concludes that the national mythologeme, linking a symbolic image (archetype) and a form (speech cliché), is an effective way to influence public consciousness ideologically. In an ideologically focused text of the Constitution, speech influence on the recipient is carried out by means of speech clichés. From the point of view of pragmalinguistics in the ideological context, speech clichés are ready - to-use speech formulas that are deliberately introduced into the collective subconscious of native speakers of a given language and have the ability to exert an emotional and evaluative impact on a person. In the text of the Constitution of Russia, the national mythologeme “national values” was identified, which includes “unity”, “equality”, “freedom”, “law”, “legality” and “social guarantees”. During the process of work it was determined that in the new Amendments to the Constitution of Russia, the national mythologeme “national values” remained unchanged. A number of components of the national mythologeme “national values” was filled with a new content in comparison with the main text of the Constitution of Russia. The new national value “protection and security” was identified in the national mythologeme “national values”.
