NOTIONAL COMPONENT OF THE CONCEPT “DISNEY PRINCESS”

This article is devoted to the description of the notional characteristics of the linguocultural type “Disney princess” in American linguistic culture by means of lexicographical description. The concept is considered as a complex systematic formation. The research is based on the model of interacting methods of cognition, proposed by V. I. Karasik. This model includes the image component, the notional component and the value component. The modelling of the notional component is carried out by the method of component analysis with the following determination of general and differential features.
