In the article gives the possibility to implement the competence approach in the study of physics and biophysics undergraduate students directions 06.03.01 Biology. Reveals the role of physics and biophysics in the system of biological education from the point of view of the competence approach. It describes the basic implemented educational technology, including lectures. The paper describes the methodological structure of the competence-based approach in the conduct of activities in comparison to the traditional form of learning.
