This article discusses the features of motives of educational activity of students - psychologists ASU. At present the problem of formation of highly skilled professionals is of great importance. Important role in the training of future professionals play motives of educational activity. The problem of motivation is one of the fundamental problems. Empirical studies show the dynamics of motives for learning the stages of training, as well as differences in the characteristics of motives of educational activity of students of full-time and correspondence courses.
