The article is devoted to the identification and parameterization of the correlation of discourse of the media and integrated communications, characterized as active communication processes in the modern world. The discourse of the mass mediР° in the modern world has priority with respect to innovation, which is undergoing a language system. The study of integrated communications and media discourse as a whole should be conducted from the standpoint of cognitive diskursivnogopodhoda allowing to identify and describe potential elokutivny these phenomena and their perlocutionary effect.
