The problem of the motivation of the employees to the implementation of professional activities is actual in conditions of modern market relations. If the employee has no desire to work, it will not effective and productive. It is important, working in different spheres, to relate to their work unconventional, using techniques that significantly improve the result. Such tools can be innovative technologies that allow to show personal potential, discover talents, contribute to the needs of self-expression and self-improvement. The article describes innovative techniques in various directions of work of the special(correctional) institutions concerning the approval of new forms of interaction with children, staff and parents.
