Financial responsibility of the employee labor law has some similarities to the property liability citizens on civil law. At the core, and one or the other is responsible for the obligation to make amends. However, between the financial responsibility of the employee labor law and property liability in civil law, there are very significant differences caused by features (specificity) of the subject and method of these industries, as well as their official role. Labor law regulations governing base limits and procedure for compensation of material damage are mandatory. They are set by law and can not be changed by agreement of the parties. According to the norms of civil law the parties are free to determine the grounds themselves, limits and conditions of property accountability.
