In the article the problem of formation of creative personality of younger students with disabilities in the conditions of a boarding school. The author carried out the implementation of the developed model of teachers to improve the level of creative activity. At that creative activity of younger schoolchildren in the educational environment of a boarding school is understood as a cognitive and practical activity, which involved forms of thinking, aimed at the acquisition of knowledge and skills, the establishment of new facts and patterns. Presented in the research model is dynamic and multidimensional, includes a sufficiently large number of components that are in close interrelation and interdependence. The proposed model of teachers does not replace the traditional structure of the educational process, but supplements it by introducing some new areas of work with children-orphans of primary school age.
