This article focuses on the main directions of development of the exercise of state and law in post-soviet Russia, namely, a significant achievement in this direction was the new, post-Soviet , Constitution of the Russian Federation (1993), securing the rights and freedoms of people and citizen ( including the right to private property) etc. There is no doubt that the post-soviet jurisprudence notable achievement is the creation and functioning of a number of new scientific disciplines and research areas , in line with current needs and objectives of radical changes in the country in the spirit of legal democracy, market economy, political pluralism and constitutional-legal state.
