In article various scopes of such phenomenon as cultural wealth of daily culture are considered. Relevance of a subject is caused by teoretiСЃ-methodological and practical requirements as judgment of the Russian consciousness and mentality, features of its formation promote understanding of a paradigm, forms and methods of the organization of international communication in Russia. On a material of empirical researches the essence, specifics, the content of civil and patriotic education of student's youth are analyzed.
