The changes taking place in contemporary Russian society, covering all aspects of life, presenting more and more requirements for future professionals, their knowledge and practical skills, particularly in the field of research and management technologies. Use in the classroom gaming technology allows you to create in students the skills solving professional problems, make decisions in standard and non-standard situations and take responsibility for them, to show leadership qualities needed to communicate, receive and process the necessary information to evaluate, compare, assimilate it etc. This article describes the theoretical basis and justification of the method proposed formation of research skills of students by means of gaming technology to improve real educational process.
