The article provides a brief overview of dissertation research in recent years, devoted to the study of the literary (creative) bilingualism and the Literature which has been written in Russian by ethnically non-Russian authors. Reflections of the author of the article are aimed at the search of methodological tools that can most adequately explain the studied phenomenon.
