Interconnection and interdependence of labour and civil personality are based on the fact that civil and labour law couldn’t help to influence each other answering the needs of the actual market economy and developing lately in a quite intensive way. Regulating labour relations they pay a lot of attention to the principals of the contractual liberty and intensification of the principals of the side’s equality in the labour relations. But civil law pay more attention to the local standard acts that regulate relations between legal people, parties to a civil legal relationships. Civil and labour personality are the legal relationships between parties to a legal relationships (private person and legal person) and the State that in the certain historic period define the party’s legal position in legal relationships and possibility to acquire party’s rights with account of the national, political and socio-economic particulars. Research contains detailed comparative analysis of civil and labour personality.
