LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS IN THE ENGLISH LINGUOCULTURE

This article covers the study of the leadership behaviors in the professional environment, as well as the description of the ideas of English - speaking authors about a good leader in English linguoculture in the administrative discourse. The authors focus on the study of the communicative behavior of the leader, who is a key figure in any institution. In the course of the research, it was possible to analyze about 120 quotations and identify eight behavioral patterns of a good manager. As a result, the prevalence ratio of each group of patterns was revealed. The analysis of the dialogs provided an opportunity to identify the most effective language tools used by the leaders in the implementation of their roles and contributing to the achievement of goals.
