FORMATION AND PARTICULAR FEATURES OF METHODOLOGY OF STUDYING OF THE HIGHER NERVOUS ACTIVITY

The article is devoted to the historical stages of improvement of methodology and general characteristics of modern methods of teaching and research of higher nervous activity of humans and animals which used in the teaching of students of biological and medical faculties. This study contains a critical analysis of the information about the functions, the development and realization of mechanisms of behavioral processes, cognitive functions, mental activity and consciousness. It is shown the analysis of the psychophysiological concepts of reflex, the latest ideas about the bases of the physiological processes and P.K. Anokhin theory of brain systematic work. Particular attention is paid to the methodology of establishing the system principle and analysis of the mechanisms of purposeful behavior of humans and animals. We propose a general description of methods for studying neurophysiological behavior applied in the study of higher nervous activity mechanisms, with regard to their studying in the laboratory practical, as well as in the clinic.
