CREOLIZATION AS ONE OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF ADAPTED TEXT

This article describes creolization as one of the characteristics of adapted text. We consider such functions of creolization as illustrative-informative, aesthetic and persuading. In different types of texts, depending on their pragmatical purpose and groups of readers, different functions are used. In scientific and technical texts there is illustrative-informative function, in belles-lettres texts the nonverbal component realises aesthetic function, in advertising texts this component is used for the purpose of influence and persuasion of the potential buyer. Nonverbal component, when included uin the text, allows the author to pass the information via the first signal system, that in some cases makes the information more exact and effective.
